TE KŌPUA MARAE

HE KUPU NĀ TE MANAWHAKAHAERE
Rātapu, 5 o Maehe 2023

Tēnā tātou katoa, e Unu, e Kahu,

Te Kōpua Marie committee would like to formally advise that the Marae will close from Monday, 6th March 2023 to Sunday, 30th April 2023. Through funding secured by the Marie Committee, we will conduct maintenance and restoration activities during the dates above.

The Marae gate will be closed as a maintenance site and is not safe for public access.

An update about the upcoming wānanga and committee hui will be provided within the coming fortnight.

Thank you for respecting the Marae's decision to close the site during this time. More details about this exciting kaupapa to come.

We look forward to the mana-enhancing activities this positive and exciting change brings for our whānau, our whenua, our hapū and our mokopuna of the future.

Kia hora te marino, kia whakapapa pounamu te moana, kia tere te kārohirohi, ā, ko tō tātou hoa havre, ko te Rangimarie.

Nāku noa nā,

Shane Te Ruki - Manawhakahaere - Chair of Te Kōpua Marae Trust
